The WEIRD Secret to Clear Arteries

A recent study out of London looked at medical information from 617 sets of middle-aged female twins.

So we know it wasn’t bad genes causing stiff arteries – the problem was that they didn’t have enough good gut bacteria.

You can take several actions to promote a healthy gut environment:
- Eat a sufficient amount of fiber from organic fruits and veggies (this fiber feeds healthy gut bacteria).
- Opt for foods like fermented and pickled veggies, miso soup, tempeh, and sauerkraut, which have natural levels of good gut bacteria.
- Supplement with pre- and probiotics which can be found at your local health food store.
