[Warning] Are These Sweeteners KILLING You?

Maybe you’re one of the millions of Americans who drink diet sodas every day…

Or maybe you like a little Splenda instead of sugar in your morning coffee.

These artificial sweeteners are supposed to help us cut back on calories.

But it’s turning out that they’re far DEADLIER than we ever realized.

And millions of Americans may already be paying the price.

The bad news about artificial sweeteners just keeps coming.

To date, they’ve been linked to obesity, diabetes, blood vessel damage, dementia, and even cancer.

Here’s the problem: your body regards artificial sweeteners as foreign substances.

And it doesn’t know how to break them down.

A recent study from Marquette University revealed that artificial sweeteners actually accumulate in your blood, harming the cells that line your vessels.

That blood vessel damage is a precursor to deadly strokes and agonizing dementia.

What’s more? These products change the way your body processes natural sugar.

And they increase your cravings for more and more sweet foods.

A study from the Harvard School of Public Health found that, over an 8-year period, those who consumed artificially sweetened beverages had a 47% higher body mass index than those who did not drink them.

So what do you do? Go back to sugar?

Truth be told, sugar is healthier than artificial sweeteners. The only reason we’ve been taught to think otherwise is because of marketing by the artificial sweetener companies.

But you can get rid of both sugar and artificial sweeteners at the same time.

Instead, opt for natural, non-sugar sweeteners like stevia, maple syrup, coconut sugar, or honey which can be purchased just about anywhere.
