[Warning] Food Toxin DESTROYING Your Liver

It’s no secret that Big Food is trying to kills us.

In one study, Japanese researchers that MSG not only causes obesity but also diabetes and liver inflammation. 

Even worse? When the scientists took a closer look, they found that consuming artificial MSG can put your on the fast track to obesity – even if you’re dieting. 

And to top it off… another study a direct link between MSG and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

NAFLD is so dangerous because impact how your body processes sugar and can contribute to diabetes. 

MSG is everywhere (not just cheap Chinese food).

From Doritos and Pringles to Campbell’s soups and fast food, it’s not easy to avoid MSG – especially because labels don’t always call it by name. 

Here’s how to protect yourself and your loved ones from the dangers of MSG:

  • Always check labels – sometimes MSG is listed as hydrolyzed vegetable protein, yeast extract, soy extract, or hydrolyzed yeast extract
  • Avoid processed foods, salty snacks (chips, nuts, etc.), broths, convenience foods (ramen noodles, frozen dinners, etc.)
  • Be cautious when you go out to eat (heavy salad dressings, seasoned fries, breaded meat, and pasta sauces are common culprits)
  • Always opt for organic produce and natural ingredients

Avoiding MSG can also result in fewer headaches and stomach aches, weight loss, clearer skin, and more!
