The Truth About Soy: It Could Save Your Life

If you’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer, you probably told yourself you’d do anything to beat it.

Maybe you’ve undergone extensive treatment or even disfiguring surgery.

But what if I told you there was a supplement on the market that could save your life — that could even slash your chances of dying from breast cancer by 50 percent?

And your doctor is actually telling you not to take it.

It’s all thanks to an outrageous misconception that the natural estrogen in soy causes breast cancer.

Luckily, a new study finally debunks that myth forever.

If there’s one thing the mainstream will never do, it’s admit when it’s wrong.

And when it comes to estrogen, they’ve been dead wrong for years.

Millions of women have been denied estrogen treatments that could soothe menopause symptoms, improve their memories, and even strengthen bones.

And it’s all because of some misguided notion that estrogen causes cancer.

Women have even been told to lay off of soy because of the natural estrogen in the plant.

But a brand new study out of Tufts University makes quick work of the nasty notion that soy, and the estrogen in it, is anything but beneficial for women with breast cancer.

Simply put, the project found that if you have cancer, soy could save your life.

Since 1995 the team tracked the diets of more than 6,200 women who’d had breast cancer. At the conclusion of the project, one thing was abundantly clear: those with soy-heavy diets had a decreased risk of death from all causes, including recurring cancer.

And by no small measure. “Consuming higher levels of soy is associated with a 21% reduction of death compared to women who consumed soy at a lower level,” explained the study’s leader Dr. Fang Fang Zhang.

What’s more? Women who did not have estrogen sensitive cancer experienced a 50% reduced risk of death in the years afterward. 50%!

They cut their risk of death in half!

All it took was a soy intake of 1.5 mg or more every day to see these results. That’s not even an entire serving!

So who’s been spreading this rumor about soy and estrogen for all these years?

You guessed it: mainstream medicine.

They’ve been wrong about this for so long and they’ve denied estrogen to so many millions of women this treatment, there’s no going back.

And they’ve kept spreading the lies about soy and estrogen, despite countless statements from many reputable sources, including the American Institute for Cancer Research.

Now we know, in no uncertain terms, that soy can be a powerful cancer fighter.

Soy is not only not dangerous but it can prevent the very cancers it’s been accused of causing!

Hopefully this study results in some major changes in the way we talk about soy. Because the average American diet just isn’t rich in soy, there are amazing benefits that we aren’t seeing enough of.

To increase your soy intake, you can introduce soy beans, tofu, miso, and a huge variety of other vegetarian and vegan soy products into your diet.

If these aren’t your taste, don’t worry. There are supplements available from many reputable manufacturers including GNC, Nature’s Way, and Swanson Vitamins.
