The ONLY Way to Survive Cancer (AMAZING!)

It goes without saying that you want to prevent cancer to begin with.

But if you’re ever told “You have cancer”, your focus changes from how to avoid it… to how to survive it.

While survival rates vary with each cancer (and with how early you catch it), there are definitely some steps you can take to help ensure you’ll be looking at cancer in the rear-view mirror.

Time and again, studies show that taking this one nutrient might be the only way to do that.

In a meta-analysis published in The BMJ that looked at 52 randomized, controlled trials involving over 75,000 people, the researchers concluded that…

Supplementing with vitamin D3 was significantly associated with a 16% reduced risk of dying from cancer.

And in fact, it was associated with a reduced risk of dying from any cause at all.

These benefits were seen specifically in trials that lasted at least three years… which would indicate that you need to be taking vitamin D3 for at least that long to reap the benefits.

The results of this study make sense, considering other studies have shown that vitamin D helps regulate cell growth, and can help slow the development of new blood vessels in tumors, cause cancer cells to die (apoptosis), and help prevent cancer from spreading.

With all of the health benefits associated with vitamin D, you don’t need to wait until a cancer diagnosis to start supplementing.

Over the years, studies have piled up showing that vitamin D helps:

  • Maintain healthy bones
  • Support your immune system
  • Reduce the risk of flu
  • Regulate insulin levels
  • Support cardiovascular health
  • Reduce the risk of multiple sclerosis
  • Ward off depression
  • Combats Parkinson’s symptoms
  • And so much more!

And getting more vitamin D couldn’t be easier.

All you have to do is get 15 minutes of sunshine every day. Or you can pick up a vitamin D supplement from your local pharmacy.
