The REAL Cause of Your Migraines

Migraines aren’t just “bad headaches.”

They can have severe effects on your vision and hearing and even cause pain is so intense that it can turn your stomach.

Even worse?  They can last for hours… or even days.

But what if it was possible for you to NEVER have a migraine again?

Now, it is.

Because alarming new research has found a link between migraines and an unlikely culprit.

And I’ll tell you just how to avoid it.

We all know that our mouths are the entry way for many disease.

Things like infections and heart disease are scientifically proven to start in your gums.

And now you can add migraines to that list, too.

A new study from the University of Chicago and the University of California, San Diego has revealed that migraines are actually linked to oral bacteria.

Researchers examined data from the American Gut Project and found that migraine patients had significantly higher levels of nitrate-reducing bacteria in their oral samples.

Nitrates are commonly found in leafy greens and other plants.

They are critical for your health because they are broken down into nitric oxide which helps to widen blood vessels and improve circulation.

And the better your circulation, the less likely you are to get migraines.

But if you have a lot of nitrate-reducing bacteria in your mouth, they could be stopping this process… and setting you up for more headaches.

Luckily, there’s a way to balance the bacteria in your mouth.

All you have to do is load up on probiotic foods like yogurt, cheese, sauerkraut. Or you can take a probiotic supplement like this one
