Little Fruit MELTS Fat

If you’ve noticed a little extra thickness around your middle…

Or maybe your jeans don’t fit quite as comfortably. And it’s all because there’s this nagging muffin top that just won’t go away…

That’s because one of the downsides of getting older is a slower metabolism… and that makes it EASIER to pack on the pounds.

And you practically need a miracle to shed them.

Fortunately, there’s a little fruit that can MELT those extra pounds.

Plus, they are delicious and available at your local grocery store.

Researchers from Laval University studied the effects of polyphenols — a compound found in blueberries — on obese mice.

For the research, scientists separated the mice into groups: one got a blueberry powder containing the polyphenols and other blueberry nutrients. The remaining groups got other compounds, and one got nothing.

The group receiving the blueberry polyphenols experienced a significant REDUCTION in weight gain.

It worked by amping up their metabolism, which in turn increased the weight loss.

At the end of the study, they also found that this particular group of blueberry-infused mice became more physically active. This suggests that these blueberry polyphenols BOOST physical activity.

The great thing is, blueberries have all sorts of extra health benefits as they are packed with many vitamins and minerals.

They are also rich in antioxidants and are great for regulating blood pressure and giving your brain health an extra boost.

And now that research shows it’s a natural waistline trimmer, there’s even more reason for you to add it into a morning smoothie or on your cereal.

For an extra burst of energy, this holiday season (and a little less around the middle) grab a handful or two of some blueberries.
