Forbidden Irish Tradition Adds DECADES to Your Life
It’s that time of year where just about every restaurant and bar are decked out in green and getting their drink specials lined up for one of the most celebrated holidays in the country…
I’m talking about St. Patrick’s Day.
But regardless if you’re Irish or not, there’s an Emerald Isle ritual that will have you dancing your own little jig.
Because this Irish tradition – one that’s forbidden by the mainstream – can nearly DOUBLE your chances of reaching 90 years of age!
If you’re not raising a pint of Guinness or Harp today, you should be.
Because despite what the naysayers from the mainstream say about it, studies show that consuming beer in moderation can strengthen your bones and even help your memory.
And know we know it will have you kissing the Blarney Stone for years to come, too.
Researchers from Maastricht University studied the drinking habits of 5,500 individuals for more than two decades.
They found that men who drink beer daily are 81% MORE LIKELY to reach age 90 than those who don’t.
Even women who drink a similar amount can increase their chances of reaching this milestone by a third!
Even men who consumed 32 ounces are nearly 66 % more likely to live to a ripe old age than those who drank none at all.
It’s jam-packed with essential vitamins and minerals. Like vitamin B6 which helps battle heart disease. It’s also has others like zinc, riboflavin and calcium and even has immune-boosting antioxidants. All of which give it its elixir effect.
Research even shows that it is great for your brain health too, improving memory and cognition.
Now this doesn’t mean you should start chugging bottles of beer every day. Too much of any type of alcohol – even beer – can be dangerous for your health.
So that means that you can enjoy roughly 16 ounces, based on the study results, guilt-free and possibly add years… or even decades… to your life.
