“Crystal Ball Method” Could STOP Dementia Before It Starts?!

It’s about one of the biggest problems you face as you age…


Because now research has revealed a powerful way to PREVENT dementia… before it even starts.

When it comes to your brain—and healthy aging– you are what you eat.

A new study has found that WHAT you eat has a huge impact on whether or not you get dementia… YEARS before a diagnosis.

And there’s something just as surprising…

It’s not the particular foods… it’s what you eat together.

You see, the researchers took a look at something they called “food networks.” These are the combinations and groups of foods you eat.

They began by looking at the “food networks” of 209 participants with dementia and 418 participants without.

They had the participants fill out a food questionnaire, describing their typical diet over the last year.

They asked them to be very specific. The participants had to say how often they ate each food, from four times a day to only once a month. Then they had medical checkups every two to three years.

The researchers then followed up five years later and noticed a pattern immediately.

The dementia group relied HEAVILY on processed meats, like sausages.

But it wasn’t just those meats that were the problem. The dementia group was eating them with starchy foods like potatoes and cookies and cakes.  Researchers believe THIS was the actual problem.

Because the non-dementia group’s diet looked completely different. It included a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and seafood.

And here’s the most shocking part…

They could determine who would develop dementia YEARS BEFORE it happened… all based on diet.

The great thing is, you can take advantage of this “crystal ball” discovery to prevent dementia.

The lesson here is simple: eat a better variety of foods, and make most of them whole foods like lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, and whole grains.

But it also doesn’t mean you need to deny yourself—it’s perfectly fine to treat yourself every now and then. Just make sure your diet doesn’t revolve around junk food.
