Breakthrough! “Super Muscle” Secret for Seniors

It may seem like a “normal” part of aging… but it doesn’t have to be.

You look in the mirror, and it seems like your muscles are DISAPPEARING.

Your knees feel like they could buckle at any moment… and simple tasks like opening a jar are a lot harder than they used to be.

Well, just because you’ve lived a long life doesn’t mean you have to feel like an antique.

In fact, scientists have just just discovered an incredible new supplement regimen that can give you a HUGE muscle boost in just six weeks!

What’s more? It’s specially formulated for seniors.

Researchers from McMaster University in Canada have developed a groundbreaking new formula for seniors that repairs and rejuvenates muscle tissue – especially for those over 65.

You see, seniors often suffer from a condition called sarcopenia, which is muscle deterioration that worsens over time.

In fact, this condition forces many patients into assisted living and nursing homes as it often goes undiagnosed and untreated.

The study’s lead scientists, Stuart Philips explains: “Older people who do little to prevent the progression of sarcopenia drift toward a state where they find activities of daily living, like rising from a chair or ascending stairs very difficult or maybe impossible.”

So, he and his team set to work!

They combined five key ingredients into a drinkable formula:

  • Whey protein helps build muscle and is rich in amino acids and glutathione.
  • Creatine boosts your muscle cell health and helps those cells produce more energy.
  • Vitamin D improves muscle and bone strength.
  • Calcium boosts bone health and helps protect your tendons.
  • Fish oil protects your joints from damage.

All of these ingredients have been proven to fight the effects of sarcopenia.

This is, however, the first time they’ve been studied together.

For the study, 49 men 70 years or older were divided into two groups – one group was given the formula and the other was given a placebo. Both groups were told not to exercise for the duration of the research.

After the first six weeks, the groups started an exercise regimen.

And the results were impressive.

The participants who took the supplement showed a decrease in muscle deterioration and improved strength both before and after the exercise regimen.

So it works whether you’re a gym rat or not.

After just the first six weeks, participants given the supplement gained an average 700 grams of lean body mass – the same amount they would have been expected to lose in a year.

When combined with regular exercise twice a week, those gains only increased.

The placebo group, unfortunately, experienced none of these improvements.

While this five-part supplement is not yet on the market, its components are readily available at your local health food store.

So, if you or a loved one is suffering from sarcopenia, try this regimen.

And to make the most of your efforts, be sure to add some regular exercise into the mix.
