“Banned” Food DOESN'T Cause Heart Disease!
Heart disease is the leading killer nationwide.
And if you already have a condition like high blood pressure or “bad” cholesterol, you’re probably well aware of how important it is to do everything you can to keep your heart healthy.
What’s frustrating is that for years mainstream medicine has gone back and forth about which foods impact your heart health.
But there’s one that was on their “banned” list that’s PROVEN NOT to cause heart disease… and is even beneficial for your heart!
For years, the mainstream has vilified eggs. They’ve said that eating this delicious food will clog your arteries… and put you on the fast track to heart disease.
But that all stops now.
A study conducted by researchers at the Population Health Research Institute of McMaster University gathered data on more than 177,000 people to analyze heart health. The data included people from over 50 countries.
They found that eating an egg a day DOES NOT increase your risk of developing heart disease.
What’s more? They concluded that eggs are a good source of many nutrients, vitamins and minerals, and that no harmful effect was seen even in those who already HAD heart disease.
Other research shows that choline is an essential nutrient for your health. Getting too little of it can actually lead to heart disease and other life-threatening conditions.
And one of the best ways we can get choline is from eggs.
This means eating more eggs might even SAVE you from heart disease.
Now that the case on eggs and heart disease has been cracked feel free to enjoy them at breakfast or any other mealtime, guilt-free.
