Are You GIVING Yourself Alzheimer’s?

I’d do ANYTHING to avoid an Alzheimer’s diagnosis… and I know you feel the same way.

Nobody wants to spend their golden years losing their precious memories – or watching as friends and family members turn into strangers.

But, believe it or not, THOUSANDS of people may be GIVING themselves Alzheimer’severy single year.

It’s all because of one deadly food that Americans are eating by the TON.

And if you want to keep your brain safe, you need to cut this killer food from your diet right away.

New research out of Europe has found that consuming too many processed sugars can trigger a process that leads to Alzheimer’s.

For the study, researchers examined brain samples from patients with and without Alzheimer’s.

The team discovered that in early Alzheimer’s stages, excess sugar can damage an enzyme called the macrophage migration inhibitory factor – a.k.a. MIF.

Here’s why that’s important…

MIF helps control your immune system, how your cells use insulin, and whether your brain can fight off Alzheimer’s-causing plaques.

Once there’s damage to the MIF enzyme, you can literally be a sitting duck for Alzheimer’s.

In fact, scientists believe this damage may be the first step in a process that leads to Alzheimer’s developing.

So, how do you use this discovery to protect yourself and your loved ones?

It’s simple: cut excess sugar from your diet.

Instead of processed foods and junky snacks, opt for an organic, balanced diet.

It may be difficult at first, as your body craves the sugars you’ve grown accustomed to.

But avoiding an Alzheimer’s diagnoses is worth the struggle.
