[Alert] Are These Pots and Pans KILLING You?
You’ve just finished a delicious home-cooked meal an hour ago… when disaster strikes.
You make it to the bathroom just in time to vomit.
And a few minutes later, the diarrhea hits.
But it wasn’t some undercooked chicken that made you sick… or the fish.
It was your pots and pans!
Research proves that popular cookware is leaching toxic poisons into our food every day.
It can mimic food poisoning… and over time, it will destroy your health.
It’s a problem most Americans are NEVER warned about. But with a couple simple steps, you can keep yourself and the people you love safe.
It used to be that owning copper pots and pans was a status symbol.
But it’s starting to look like a major health hazard instead.
One that could leave you doubled over the toilet… or worse.
As it turns out, copper from this cookware can easily attach itself to our food and build up in our bodies.
The first symptoms are things you’d normally associate with food poisoning – like nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting.
But over time, you can develop life-threatening kidney disease.
Can you believe it? And you probably spent HUNDREDS (or more) on these pots and pans.
The problem can be especially bad when you’re cooking acidic foods like:
- Acidic fruits and vegetables (think peppers and citrus)
So, you know, foods you cook practically every day.
Iowa health officials just wrapped up an investigation and are warning that, “When copper and copper alloy surfaces contact acidic foods, copper may be leached into the food.”
So what do you do?
Well, if you cook with copper it may be time to stop… especially if you’re seeing any of those early symptoms.
And if you’re not willing to give up that pricey cookware, just keep those acidic foods I mentioned away from it.
It may seem like a major inconvenience. But it’s one that could save your health… or even your life.
