[Alert] MAJOR Alzheimer’s Trigger Found in Seniors

The mainstream wants you to believe that Alzheimer’s is caused by your genetics.

They think it’s an open-and-shut case: If you have the genes, your future is doomed.

But I’m here to tell you that’s NONSENSE.

You see, one of the key drivers of Alzheimer’s is effecting the health of millions of seniors right now.

And the worst part? It’s 100 PERCENT REVERSIBLE.

Here’s what you need to know…

New research, published in the journal Neurology, has established a direct relationship between high blood sugar and irreversible brain shrinkage.

For the study, researchers monitored the memory functions, brain mass, and blood sugar levels of 141 seniors.

And the results were nothing short of disturbing… The folks with high blood sugar levels suffer experienced significant cognitive decline.

Even worse? Their brains were literally SHRINKING!

Here’s what’s happening…

Your body uses sugar as its primary source of energy.

However, there is only so much sugar your body can actually use.

The sugar builds up in your blood which causes insulin resistance and, ultimately, diabetes.

And the older you are, the greater the risk.

But that’s not all…

Excess sugar in your blood also causes your hippocampus to shrink.

Your hippocampus is the part of your brain responsible for memory. And as this area of your brain suffers, you lose cognitive function and increase your risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia.

This latest study also determined that high blood sugar levels also damage your ability to learn new information and recall your own memories.

So, how can you avoid having too much sugar in your diet?

It’s simple. Reduce your carb and sugar intake, stay hydrated and be sure that you’re getting enough exercise and sleep.

But you can do more!

A number of natural remedies have been shown to both lower your high blood sugar and help protect your brain.

To reap these benefits and prevent brain shrinkage from high blood sugar levels, try:

  • Extra-virgin olive oil which has been proven to stimulate the production of a molecule that prevents damage to brain cells.
  • Maqui berries which can reduce blood sugar spikes – and, ultimately, protect against insulin resistance and diabetes.
  • Rosemary extract which contains something called carnosic acid that works with your body to help regulate blood sugar levels naturally and has an insulin-effect on cells.
