[Alert] “Forbidden” Food MELTS FAT

Once you’re in your Golden Years, you might think gaining weight is par for the course.

And no matter how you fight it, the pounds just keep piling on.

But if you’re passing on a certain “forbidden” food, you may never stop gaining weight.

You’ve probably avoided this food for years because nutrition “experts” say it will make you fat.

But new research shows that a certain type of this filling food can help you MELT FAT!

And it can even balance your cholesterol, too!

I’m talking about rice.

But not just any rice! Black rice is the type you need to kick start your metabolism… even if you’re eating a bad diet.

In a new study, published in the Journal of Medicinal Food, researchers studied the weight-loss effects of black rice on mice.

The mice were divided into four groups – normal diet, bad diet, a diet supplemented with 2.5 percent black rice, and a diet supplemented with 5 percent black rice.

They found that supplementing with black rice:

  • Reduced weight gain
  • Decreased fat build-up in the liver
  • And prevented fat accumulation around the belly.

And the more black rice consumed, the greater the benefits!

Even better? The mice on the 5 percent black rice diet also experienced reduced triglycerides and a decrease in total cholesterol.

Black rice helps you lose weight and keep it off because it’s full of inflammation-lowering antioxidants.

Plus, it contains more protein and dietary fiber and is lower in sugar than white rice – factors that help promote weight loss.

But to get this incredible health boost and fight obesity, you need to get a specific type of black rice called germinated waxy black rice.

You can find germinated waxy black rice at your local organic market or online from Be Live Rice

Eating only a cup a day could yield incredible weight loss benefits!
