Act Now! Protect Our Grandkids From Brain Damage

Dear Reader,

Millions of kids… including our own children and grandchildren… are being put at risk for brain damage.

And our government isn’t lifting a finger to stop it!

I’ve told you before about the dangers of toxic pesticides… and how they can cause everything from cancer to Alzheimer’s disease.

But one of the most terrifying pesticides around is still being sold by the ton – even though the Feds ADMIT it can damage kids’ brains.

It’s absolute lunacy, and we finally have a chance to put a stop to it.

But only if we act FAST.

This summer, eight senators presented a bill that was long, long overdue.

It would finally… and dramatically… scale back the use of a pesticide called chlorpyrifos (you can find a list of brand names here).

This stuff does a heck of a lot more than poison insects… it poisons our kids’ brains, too!

Chlorpyrifos “has been shown, beyond any shadow of a doubt, to damage the brains of children, especially those of fetuses in the womb,” says Philip Landigran, the dean for global health at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.

And it’s not like that comes as a big surprise to Uncle Sam.

Even the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says chlorpyrifos is a known neurotoxin.

So what has the Environmental Protection Agency… which actually regulates pesticides… done to keep us safe?

Not a darned thing!

They’ve been dragging their feet for 10 YEARS – across THREE different presidential administrations. And they just rejected a petition to get chlorpyrifos off the market.

No surprise, right? The EPA has been in the pockets of chemical manufacturers for years!

So now it’s up to Congress (God help us).

This new bill calls for the EPA to review the use of chlorpyrifos in order to determine how to keep us from being exposed to it.

And if the science shows it’s dangerous (which it will), the EPA will have 90 days to take action.

That’s not fast enough for me (or our kids and grandkids), but it’s a step in the right direction.

The bill is called the Protect Children, Farmers and Farmworkers from Nerve Agent Pesticides Act of 2017.

Contact your senators and tell them to help push this bill through.

It could be a matter of life or death for lots of innocent kids.
